Joseph Strong (Johnny Larue) I only heard of them recently as I have been going back & tracking down older music from the Edmonton underground scene... Favorite track: Proud to be young.

about

Recorded by Bryan Kulba years ago just before the graduation of the Dance Floor Disasters.

After many line up changes and high school coming to an end everyone went on to other projects and spreading out along western Canada. Dance Floor Disasters helped shape the all ages punk scene in Edmonton and Calgary and made a large impact on the places they would play.

Uli would drive them around on tour until Joseph got his drivers license, they played many house parties, hall shows and to many bars for being under aged punks. This album is a document of the times they shared together. These good time pogo punx only released 25 copies of this album on burnt discs and silk screened covers.
